titleOfInvention | Compositions and measuring instruments for the detection of urine leukocytes and proteolytic enzymes |
abstract | In view of the fact that thiazole derivatives exhibit strong nucleophilicity due to abundant electron density in the heterocycle when esters are degraded by esterases, a composition for detecting leukocytes and protease in urine, including thiazole derivatives Developed. The thiazole derivatives used in the present invention are synthesized by combining a thiazolone derivative and an amino acid derivative which are known as starting materials in an ester form. However, since the manufacturing process is simple and general, mass production is possible in a short time. In addition, the measuring device manufactured by the present invention was simple in use and excellent in diagnostic performance. |
