abstract | The present invention is used as a multilayer electronic circuit board, and relates to a resin composition for epoxy copper foil laminate having excellent flame retardancy.n n n The present invention is a resin composition (A) per 100 g of bromine-free trifunctional epoxy resin of the general formula (I), (B) the total phosphorus content of the epoxy resin can be 3 to 30%, (C) dicyano 0.1 to 20 g of an amide curing agent and 0.01 to 3 g of (D) amidazole-based curing accelerator, and optionally (E) 0 to 200 g of inorganic flame retardant and (F) 0.1 to 3% by weight of inorganic flame retardant. It contains a coupling agent.n n n The epoxy equivalent of an epoxy resin is 200-700, and has a structure of the general formula (II).n n n n n n n n The resin composition of the present invention improves the heat resistance and flame retardancy of the laminate while solving problems such as harmfulness and metal corrosion caused by gas generated during combustion by using phosphorus-based flame retardant instead of halogen-based flame retardant. |
