titleOfInvention | Weather Resistant Resin Composition |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for reducing the effective water content in the ASA resin particles and improving the impact strength, which is a disadvantage of the ASA resin, and includes 30 to 50 parts by weight of butyl acrylate monomer and 0.1 to 4 parts of methyl meta with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total monomers. A butyl acrylate rubber polymer is prepared by copolymerizing acrylate (MMA) and 0.1 to 6 parts of acrylonitrile (AN) at the same time, increasing the effective surface area of the rubber particles to maximize the efficiency of the butyl acrylate rubber polymer, and emulsifier 0.2 to 1.0 parts by weight of an alkylsulfo succinate metal salt having 12 to 18 carbon atoms, an alkyl sulfate ester or a sulfonic acid metal salt having 12 to 20 carbon atoms, and a SAN (Styrene-Acrylonitrile) copolymer resin is used in an acrylic rubber polymer. 40 to 60 parts by weight of aromatic vinyl compound and 10 to 20 parts by weight of vinyl cyanide compound with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total monomers And 0.5 to 3.0 parts by weight of a rosin acid metal salt or a carboxylic acid metal salt having a carbon number of C 12 to C 20 as an emulsifier, effectively reducing moisture in the ASA particles, improving drying productivity, and impact strength of the ASA resin. Provides a method for greatly improving the existing manufacturing method. |
