| abstract | Disclosed are substituted triazolinones of formula (I).n n n n n n n n Wherein R 1 is hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 alkyl or C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl; R is hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 alkyl or C 1 -C 6 - haloalkyl; R < 3 > is hydrogen or halogen; R 4 is cyano, halogen, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxy or C 1 -C 6 -haloalkoxy; R < 5 > is nitro, cyano or halogen; R 6 is -OR 7 , -SR 7 , -N (R 8 ) -R 9, or -N (R 9 ) -OR 10 ; R 7 is hydrogen, C 1 -C 6 alkyl sul, C 3 -C 6 - alkenyl, C 3 -C 6 - alkynyl, C 3 -C 6 - cycloalkyl, C 1 -C 6 - haloalkyl, and cyano no -C 1 -C 6 - alkyl, C 1 -C 6 - alkoxy -C 1 -C 6 - ahkil, C 1 -C 6 - alkylthio -C 1 -C 6 - alkyl, (C 1 -C 6 - C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkyloxyimino-C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, di- (C 1 -C 6 -alkoxy) -C 2 -C 6 -alkyl (C 1 -C 6 -alkylthio) -C 2 -C 6 -alkyl, C 3 -C 6 -haloalkenyl, phenyl or benzyl, each phenyl ring being optionally substituted with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of cyano, 6 -alkyl, C 1 -C 6 - haloalkyl, C 1 -C 6 - alkoxy, C 1 -C 6 haloalkoxy, C 1 -C 6 - alkylthio, C 1 -C 6 haloalkylthio and ( C 1 -C 6 -alkoxy) carbonyl; and R < 3 > R 8 and R 9 are each independently of the other (C 1 -C 6 -alkyl) carbonyl, (C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl) carbonyl, or have one of the meanings as defined for R 7 , or R 8 and R 9 together form a 4-to 6-membered carbon chain which may be replaced by oxygen or C 1 -C 4 -alkylamino, and R 10 is (C 1 -C 6 -alkyl ) Carbonyl or (C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl) carbonyl, or has one of the meanings as defined for R 7 .
