titleOfInvention Method of producing polyacetal copolymer
abstract The present invention copolymerizes trioxane as a main monomer using a nonvolatile protonic acid catalyst as a polymerization catalyst until the conversion rate is 60% or more (based on all monomers), and then neutralizes unreacted monomers to polymerize the reaction system. Economical polyacetal copolymers with excellent thermal stability and properties can be prepared by copolymerizing trioxane as the main monomer through simple steps to reduce the residual monomer content of the polymerization system to less than 5% by weight by separating, removing and recovering it from the reaction system. It relates to a method of manufacturing.
