titleOfInvention Improved rubber concrete manufacturing method
abstract The present invention will be directed to an improved technology of the existing manufacturing method of rubber concrete produced using the fetal tire powder. Rubber concrete prepared by mixing the rosin oil and sulfur in the petty powder alone or by molding the composition obtained by mixing additives such as morpholinobenzozazole, zinc oxide and stearic acid with gravel, sand, etc. Compared with the conventional rubber concrete manufacturing method, the process is simplified. The manufactured rubber concrete has high strength, light weight, and excellent vibration and noise suppression effects, which can be adapted to various fields such as construction and civil engineering, and is expected to contribute significantly to the utilization of waste resources.
