abstract | Disclosed are a positive electrode plate for an alkaline storage battery and a method of manufacturing the same, which have a capacity increase and a lifespan by absorbing a non-conductive solution.n n n Conventional positive electrode plates for alkaline batteries have a problem in that active materials are dropped or self discharge is generated, which adversely affects capacity and lifetime.n n n In order to solve this problem, the active material is filled and attached to the nickel pores formed on the substrate of the electrode plate in a conventional manner, followed by drying. After the active material attached to the electrode plate is completely dried, it is dipped in KOH solution to form CoO (OH) or After drying to Co (OH) 2 and drying again, the electrode plate with the active material is immersed in a solution having a lower electrical conductivity than Ni (OH) 2 and does not react with water and does not mix well with water for a predetermined time. A method for producing a positive electrode plate for an alkaline storage battery comprising a step of absorbing and drying the electrode plate absorbing the solution was devised.n n n Such a method can be used for the production of positive electrode plates for alkaline batteries. |
