titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of injection molded product having high concentration and high fluidity |
abstract | In the present invention, by using water, a ferroelectric solvent and a surface treatment agent instead of minimizing the amount of organic binder, the flowability is excellent, there is no fear of molding defects, and injection molded products with high dimensional accuracy can be manufactured. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an injection molded product which can reduce environmental pollution and energy consumption due to degreasing of organic binders generated during the process of injection molded products.n n n The high concentration and high flow-through molding product of the present invention dissolves an organic binder selected from polyvinylpyrrolidone or polyethylene oxide having a molecular weight of 10,000 to 60,000 in a ferroelectric solvent having a dielectric constant of 40 or more, and is based on sodium and ammonium salts, It is prepared by adsorbing with a surface treatment agent selected from sodium and ammonium acrylate or ammonium polyacrylic to convert into a highly polar molecular structure, followed by mixing metal or ceramic powder with water, injection molding and drying in a conventional manner. |
