titleOfInvention Silica Aerosols for Testing Filters
abstract The present invention relates to a silica aerosol provided for use in testing a filter. Since the silica aerosols have a high level of stability, they do not affect the properties of semiconductor products and similar products, and compounds such as sodium compounds and the like do not adhere to the air filter. The silica aerosol is prepared by dispersing the gas particles produced in the gas phase in air. The anhydrous silica particles produced in the gas phase are dispersed directly in the air. Optionally, the silica particles produced in the gas phase are prepared for dispersion in silica particles, and then spray-dried and dispersed in the air.
