titleOfInvention | Polyphenylene Ether Thermoplastic Resin Composition |
abstract | The PPE thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises (A) modified PPE, (B) styrene-containing polymer and (C) olefin graft copolymer, and optionally (D) styrene impact modifier. The modified PPE is a modified PPE or a mixture of PPE and a vinyl aromatic polymer, 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a reactive monomer having 0 to 2 parts by weight of organic peroxide and unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride group in 100 parts by weight of PPE or the mixture. Melt training is graft reaction. The modified PPE used in the present invention may include unmodified PPE or a mixture of PPE and vinyl aromatic polymer.n n n As the styrene-containing polymer, copolymerization of an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer with a styrene-containing graft copolymer obtained by graft polymerization of an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer in a high-polymer There are styrene-containing copolymers copolymerized with possible other vinylic monomers. A representative example of the styrene-containing graft copolymer is ABS, and a representative example of the styrene-containing copolymer is SAN. In the present invention, styrene-containing graft copolymers or styrene-containing copolymers may be used alone, or a mixture thereof may be used.n n n The olefin graft copolymer in the present invention is obtained by graft polymerization of a vinyl monomer on a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an olefin monomer and an epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer. |
