titleOfInvention | Rubber modified styrene resin composition having high gloss and impact resistance and method for producing same |
abstract | The rubber-modified styrene resin composition of the present invention comprises (i) 20 to 45% by weight of a solid component by adding styrene monomer and 0.011 to 0.213% by weight of organic peroxide to a styrene monomer rubbery solution in which polybutadiene rubber is dissolved in a first reactor. Continuous mass polymerization to ensure that the content of the dissolved rubber is 3 to 20% by weight and the polybutadiene rubber contains a cis content of 10 to 95% and the rubbery solution of the styrene monomer is 25 to 150cps at 25 ℃ (Ii) 0.01-0.7 wt% dimethylpolysiloxane is added to the polymer of the first reactor in the second reaction tank to continuously mass polymerize the polymer so that the solid component is 50-85 wt%, and (iii) Separation of unreacted monomers from the polymerization product produced in the two-reaction tank, resulting in rubber modification of the quality ratio of the final pellet to the ratio of rubber components in the range of 1.9 to 3.4 and an average rubber particle size of 0.1 to 1.3 µm. T-series relates to a resin composition. |
