titleOfInvention Dynamic Damper, Molding Materials and Manufacturing Method (DYNAMIC DAMPER, MOLDING MATERIAL THEREOF, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME)
abstract The present invention belongs to the technical field of a dynamic damper which reduces vibration of the vibrating body by attaching it to a vibrating body to be dustproof. In addition, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a dynamic damper of a novel structure, a molding material and a manufacturing method of the novel structure is easy to manufacture or tune.n n n In addition, the structural point of the present invention for solving such a problem is that the dynamic damper 10 which elastically supports the mass portion 14 to the predetermined target object 12 through the support rubber portion 16. In the at least one of the mass portion 14 is composed of a composite in which particles are formed into a high specific gravity having a specific gravity greater than that of the rubber elastic body, and the support rubber portion 16 constitutes the mass portion 14. It is in that it is formed integrally with the rubber elastic body of a composite_body | complex.n n n Such a present invention can be applied to a dynamic damper which is mounted on a vibrating body in various mechanical devices such as power units of automobiles or extract pipes, for example, to reduce vibration. Thereby, effects such as improvement in manufacturability, tuning properties, and durability are achieved.
