| abstract | The present invention relates to a method for preparing ornithine-aspartate salt from ornithine fermentation broth. After centrifugation of ornithine fermentation broth to remove cells, the supernatant is treated with activated carbon at 45 to 55 ° C. to remove pigments. Ornithine in the solution is adsorbed with a cation exchange resin and desorbed with ammonia water.
