abstract | The present invention relates to a method of inhibiting the activation of carcinogens by inhibiting the activity of cytochrome P450 enzymes that act as catalysts for the activation of carcinogens with chlorophyllin. Chlorophyllin in the present invention can non-specifically inhibit all the activities of P450, this inhibition was confirmed that it is dependent on the reaction time of chlorophyllin and P450, the concentration of chlorophyllin and NADPH. In addition, the method for inhibiting the activation of carcinogen by using chlorophyllin may be used for preventing various abnormal diseases such as cancer induced by the electric carcinogen. |
