The present invention relates to a phosphopeptide (CPP) having a novel amino acid sequence and a casein comprising the same, wherein the CPP is a 25th amino acid in which Arg is substituted with Cys to form a dimer by disulfide bonds. Since the type, sequence, and higher structure are different from those of the conventional one, the calcium solubilization ability of the calcium is functionally superior to that of the conventional CPP, thereby increasing the absorption of calcium into the living body. Therefore, the CPP of the present invention or casein containing the same may be used as an additive of various dairy products or health food additives or as a preventive and therapeutic composition for diseases caused by osteoporosis or lack of minerals associated with calcium deficiency. |
