abstract | A method for the electrochemical preparation of taxane derivatives of general formula (I) based on taxane derivatives of general formula (III). The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions having excellent anti-tumor and anti-leukemic properties containing the novel product of general formula (I), wherein R 3 is a radical of general formula (III). In formulas (I) and (III), R is a hydrogen atom or an acetyl or alkoxyacetyl radical, one of the symbols R 1 or R 2 is a hydrogen atom and the other is a hydroxy radical, and R 3 is a hydrogen atom or a general formula a radical of (ⅱ), where Ar is an aryl radical, R 4 is a benzoyl radical or R 5 is alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, bicycloalkyl, phenyl or heterocyclyl radical R 5 -O -CO-radical. |
