titleOfInvention Field emission type fluorescent display device
abstract Provided is a fluorescent display device having high reliability under driving conditions of the anode voltage of 200 to 1000 V and obtaining a desired emission color by using a filter.n n n The first substrate 2 of the fluorescent display device 1 has an FEC 5 of an electron source. On the second substrate 3 facing the FEC 5, there is a light emitting display portion 20 having display portions 12, 13 and 14 of red green and blue. The transparent anode conductor 15 is deposited on the three-color filter rgb of each display unit, and further, a phosphor RGB having the same emission color as each filter is deposited. The phosphor of the blue display portion 14 is a ZnO: Zn phosphor containing many wavelength components of about 400 nm to 650 nm, particularly blue components of 5000 nm or less. In combination with the blue filter (b), blue light is obtained with good efficiency. When driving at the anode voltage of 400V, the luminance residual ratio of the ZnO: Zn phosphor after 1000 hours of continuous light emission is 100%, resulting in long life and high reliability. The blue filter (b) contains an inorganic pigment and frit glass and withstands a sealing process of about 500 ° C. in the manufacturing process of the fluorescent display device.
