titleOfInvention | Aluminum sandwich panel for building and exterior materials |
abstract | The transfer sheet 5 is adhered to the polyethylene sheet 1 on both sides by hot pressing film 2 on both sides of the polyethylene sheet 1, and the upper surface of the polyethylene sheet 1 is bonded to the transfer sheet 5 with an adhesive for the upper layer aluminum metal. An aluminum composite panel for building interior and exterior construction, in which an absorbent transparent protective layer 6 is formed or a printed layer 6 'of UV absorbing ink is formed directly on the aluminum plate. The panel is formed by a hot melt film and a strong metal adhesive. There is no delamination, cracking, breakage or shrinkage of each layer. |
