titleOfInvention | Wastewater treatment method and apparatus for performing the method |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for treating wastewater containing hardly decomposable substances such as chlorine-based organic compounds and an apparatus for carrying out the method.n n n In the treatment of chlorine-based organic compounds, which are difficult to decompose and have toxic and carcinogenic properties, the conventional methods such as incineration and landfill have required air pollution, soil and water pollution, and thus an efficient and safe treatment method has been required.n n n According to the present invention, while irradiating the electron beam to the wastewater, the wastewater is aerated with ozone generated by the electron beam irradiation, and the wastewater is effectively transmitted through the partition wall installed horizontally spaced apart in the wastewater flow direction in the wastewater treatment tank 2. A method is provided that allows flow to depth to efficiently and safely separate hardly decomposable materials. |
