titleOfInvention Cell growth promoter composition containing aloesin
abstract The present invention relates to the use of aloesin as a growth promoter, in particular as a growth promoter for skin cells and hepatocytes. The present invention also relates to a cell growth promoter composition containing aloesin as an active ingredient. Aloesin used as an active ingredient in the present invention is one of the active ingredients of aloe vera, and has been known for its effects as a skin ultraviolet ray blocking effect or as a muschrom tyrosinase inhibitor, but has not been reported for other activities, particularly pharmacological activity. The present invention has revealed its use as a cell growth promoter.
