titleOfInvention Novel polypeptides and methods of making the same and uses thereof
abstract The cedar is divided into polypeptides having a molecular weight of 40,000 ± 5,000 Daltons and an isoelectric point of 9.5 ± 0.5.n n n Manufactured from (cedar pollen). The pollen-inducing polypeptide is effective for desensitization but can be suitably used as a desensitizer because it does not substantially cause immunoglobulin E antibodies, which are the main cause of adverse effects including anaphylactic shock. Thus, this polypeptide can be advantageously used for the treatment, prevention and / or diagnosis of hay fever.
