titleOfInvention | Organic-Inorganic Composite Particles and Manufacturing Method Thereof |
abstract | Organic material comprising a polysiloxane frame having an organosilicon containing a silicon atom chemically bonded directly to an acrylic resin (methacrylic resin) skeleton and at least one carbon atom of the acrylic resin (methacrylic resin) skeleton- Inorganic composite factors are SiO 2 constituting the polysiloxane skeleton is 25% by weight or more, and has an average particle diameter of 0.5μm or more. These particles have sufficient mechanical strength and rupture strength to maintain the spacing even with a smaller number of particles and the mechanical resilience needed to maintain a constant spacing between the pair of members where the correct spacing should be maintained. Not coated. Such composite particles may be used as the spacer 8 for a liquid crystal display device as it is, or may be used by applying an adhesive to the surface thereof. In addition, the composite particles may have a conductive layer formed on the surface thereof, and may also be used as conductive particles. |
