abstract Disclosed are an anode structure of a flat panel display device which can prevent contamination of a micro tip and can be easily manufactured using an electro deposition method, and a method of manufacturing the same. Each cell is divided into a unit color on a transparent substrate to form recesses. On the inner surface of the recess, the recess is formed independently of a neighboring recess to form a transparent electrode layer, a black matrix layer is formed on the convex portion between the recesses, and then the recess is formed to limit the substrate to each cell unit. A spacer is formed. Next, a voltage is applied to a part of the transparent electrode, and a phosphor material is deposited on the transparent electrode to which the voltage is applied to form a phosphor layer. The phosphor layer can be easily deposited for each color without the need for a lift-off process, and the alignment process of the mask can be easily performed using recesses.
