titleOfInvention How cancer chemotherapy improves cancer treatment
abstract The present invention relates to a novel method of improving the therapeutic effect as an anticancer agent by reducing the toxicity of an anticancer substance of Anthracyclines which is widely used clinically as a cancer chemotherapeutic agent.n n n The continuous use of anthracycline antibiotics has been problematic in determining the effective dosage for cancer therapy due to its general toxicity and toxicity to blood, digestive system and heart.n n n The present invention demonstrates that inosine increases the dose of these anticancer drugs by greatly reducing the toxicity of anthracycline antibiotics, thereby increasing anticancer effects through mouse experiments with two different tumors.
