titleOfInvention Combustion gas purification device
abstract In particular, in the case of purging of combustion gases containing a small amount of ammonia following denitrification, these traces must be taken to ensure that they do not enter the environment together with non-oxidants or with the washing water discharged from the combustion gas washing. In the case of the known process, the above washing water is injected into the combustion gas stream after significant separation of ammonia before the dry separator and evaporated therein and as a result no waste water is discharged to the outside. This fly ash was further treated to reduce the ammonium content to such an extent that acceptable tolerance was maintained. This invention has given a method of working without wastewater, in which case the ammonia content of the fly ash generated in the dry separator is so low that it can be used or stored without post-treatment. This is done by draining the scrubber and bringing the waste water significantly freed from ammonia to a pH value of 12 to 13 prior to injection of the combustion gases. This invention is particularly suitable for the purification of the combustion gases of waste combustion plants.
