titleOfInvention | Optical recording media |
abstract | SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a novel optical recording medium that performs strong recording through transfer of charge by stripping light in a method of optical recording using heat and photons by conventional light, and includes a reflective layer, a charge generating layer, The charge transport layer and the full-color discoloration element are sequentially stacked, and a spacer is formed on the top of the full-color discoloration element to form an air layer, and a charge is generated in the charge generation layer by irradiating laser light as an optical recording medium having a protective layer stacked on the top of the air layer. By transferring the charged charges in the charge transport layer to change the color of the full-color discoloration element, recording is performed, thereby obtaining an optical recording medium having superior stability, recording and erasing time, manufacturing process, sensitivity, and the like compared to the conventional recording medium. |
