Formation of integrated circuits and methods of manufacturing the same has been described. The circuit uses spin-on-glass as an interlevel insulating layer. Phosphorus-doped insulating layers 19 and 29 are located above and below the spin-on-glass. The doped insulating layer prevents the sound from moving under the influence of the electric field. |
