titleOfInvention Method for preparing polyacrylonitrile copolymer-based pervaporation membrane for separation of organic aqueous solution
abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing an organic copolymer pervaporation membrane suitable for separating an organic aqueous solution, and more particularly, a high permeability for water contained in an organic aqueous solution and a low permeability for an organic solvent. The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyacrylonitrile copolymer-based pervaporation membrane for separation of an organic aqueous solution that can be separated.n n n In the present invention, a polyacrylonitrile copolymer-based pervaporation membrane was prepared using an emulsion synthesis method using no acrylic emulsifier or acrylic acid or 4-vinylpyridine as a vinyl monomer. The polyacrylonitrile-based copolymer of the present invention was able to remove the contamination of the polymer membrane by the emulsifier by not using the emulsifier as described above, and by adjusting the pH of the polymerization solution to 7, the copolymer in good yield Acrylonitrile-acrylic acid copolymers contain up to 55 mole percent of carboxyl groups, and 30 mole percent of pyridine groups for acrylonitrile-4-vinylpyridine copolymer membranes in order to optimize the separation performance of the copolymer membrane. It is characterized by containing to the extent.
