titleOfInvention Streptococcus faecalis, a new variant resistant to rifampicin, RfR.
abstract The present invention relates to a mutant strain of Streptococcus faecalis, which is useful as a heterologous strain in combination with a tuberculosis tuberculosis agent, in order to solve the problem of showing specific susceptibility to ripoppicin, MNNG, which is a mutagenic agent. (N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine) was developed to develop a novel Streptococcus pecalis RfR (KCTC 0034BP) resistant to rifampicin. Variants prepared by the present invention have similar properties to known strains, that is, have excellent acid resistance, bile resistance, lactic acid production ability, and E. coli growth inhibition ability, and have excellent resistance to antibiotics but grow without inactivating antibiotics. This can be effectively used for the prevention and treatment of intestinal diseases, especially as a formal drug in combination with an anti-tuberculosis agent.
