abstract | The present invention relates to a method of preparing a 7-ADCA derivative by oxidizing a compound of the following general formula (V) with sulfoxide, binding a protecting group to convert to a cephalosporin nucleus, and then removing the protecting group. The sulfoxide potassium salt of compound (V) is silylated with chlorotrimethylsilane or dichlorodimethylsilane using as a catalyst a salt obtained by reacting choline with phosphoric acid (99%) or polyphosphoric acid in equivalent amounts. The present invention relates to a method for preparing 7-ADCA derivative of general formula (I). According to the method of the present invention, the desired compounds can be easily prepared by easily proceeding the reaction under mild conditions. Since it is not necessary to remove a large amount of bases such as triethylamine and pyridine, it is possible to prepare desired compounds in a simple and high purity in the production process.
