The present invention relates to a method for separating and culturing tissue-intrinsic uPAR+/Nestin+ stem cells and a use thereof, and provides a method for isolating tissue-intrinsic stem cells present in solid tissues based on uPAR-plasmin activity. The uPAR-plasmin activity of stem cells is closely related to the growth, migration ability, physiological activity, and differentiation ability of stem cells, and can be used as a method for isolating high-titer stem cells. The uPAR+ stem cells isolated from the solid tissue of the present invention have great industrial potential as they can be applied to the production of biopharmaceuticals using secretions including cell therapy agents, tissue engineering therapeutic agents, and exosomes. In addition, in the present invention, it can be applied to cell biology, molecular biology basic research and new drug development research related to cell division, migration, growth, and differentiation of tissue endogenous stem cells. |
