The present invention provides methods and compositions that allow the bone marrow to increase the production of white blood cells. Specifically, the invention provides methods and compositions for increasing the level of CD45+ cells in a subject by providing mitochondrial-enriched cells. Furthermore, the present application provides methods for increasing bone marrow cellularity, engraftment and differentiation of CD34+ cells. |
