It relates to an antibody comprising a modified N-glycan structure and its cancer treatment use. According to a modified antibody that is specific for an antigen of a tumor cell according to one aspect and has a specific glycan structure, it is directed to an antigen of the same tumor cell. Not only does it have significant anticancer activity compared to specific non-modified antibodies, but it also has remarkable tumor suppression activity even in cancers that underexpress the target tumor cell antigen, so the effect that can be used even for cancers that do not respond to existing targeted anticancer drugs have. |
