abstract The nanoparticle according to the present invention is a biopolymer-based nanoparticle, and by capturing active oxygen present in the lesion, it exerts an antioxidant effect and an anti-inflammatory effect, and can suppress an abnormal excessive immune response. In particular, as a result of an experiment using an inflammatory bowel disease animal model, improvement of clinical symptoms and an effect of inhibiting intestinal inflammation by the nanoparticles were confirmed. It is expected to be used as a treatment for autoimmune diseases.
