titleOfInvention Electrode current collector and secondary battery
abstract According to the technology disclosed herein, it is possible to improve the operational stability of the current blocking function of the electrode current collector. The electrode current collector 10 disclosed herein includes a sheet-shaped resin substrate 12 and a metal thin film 14 provided on surfaces 12a and 12b of the resin substrate 12 . And in the electrode current collector 10 disclosed herein, the surface roughness Rz of the surfaces 12a and 12b of the resin substrate 12 in contact with the thin metal film 14 is 2 µm or more. Thereby, since the adhesion between the resin substrate 12 and the metal thin film 14 can be greatly improved, when abnormal heat is generated, the resin substrate 12 is melted and deformed so that the metal thin film 14 is entrained and the metal thin film ( 14) can be broken. As a result, the current cut-off function can be operated stably, and the progression of abnormal heat generation can be appropriately prevented.
