abstract | The present invention relates to a method for forming fine hot wires on a substrate and a method for manufacturing anti-fog glasses, the method for forming fine hot wires of the present invention comprises the steps of: coating a metal nanoparticle solution on a substrate to form a nanoparticle solution layer; irradiating a Bessel beam laser to the nanoparticle solution layer to first sinter the nanoparticles to form a fine pattern; and irradiating the sintered nanoparticles with a flash lamp to perform secondary sintering to form fine hot wires. According to the above method, by using a two-step sintering method of irradiating a Bessel beam laser and then irradiating a flash lamp, it is possible to manufacture a fine patterned hot wire having excellent thermal and electrical conductivity and excellent adhesion to the substrate. In addition, by using the anti-fogging lens including such a fine heating wire, it is possible to manufacture anti-fog glasses with a simple structure that does not easily cause fog and has excellent moisture removal performance. |
