abstract | The present invention relates to the production of synthetic polymers used in the manufacture of tire and rubber technical products, in the electrical industry and in other fields. In particular, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a branched polydiene by polymerization of a conjugated diene, comprising the steps of: preparing a catalyst composite comprising a lanthanide compound, an organoaluminum compound, a conjugated diene, and a halogen-containing component to do; polymerizing the conjugated diene in the presence of the catalyst complex; performing post-polymerization modification with at least one branching agent selected from halogen-containing compounds, phosphorus-nitrogen compounds, or mixtures thereof; end stage; introducing into the polymer a plasticizer, which is a low molecular weight polymer having a molecular weight of 1500 g/mol to 50,000 g/mol; and degassing and drying the polymer. In another aspect, the present invention relates to a method for producing a rubber composition based on the branched polydiene. The technical result of the present invention is a branched type characterized by a branching index characterized by a Mooney viscosity of about 40 to about 49 Mooney units (MU), and a mechanical loss angular tangent tgδ (1200%) of about 4.7 to about 5.3. production of polydiene. The polydiene prepared according to the present invention has improved processability, improved distribution of fillers in the polymer matrix, and a rubber composition based on it has improved elastic-hysteresis properties (i.e. Mooney viscosity ML (1) +4) (unit: MU), Payne effect Δ(G'1%-G'50%) (unit: kPa), Tanδ 60 °C (at 10% strain)). |
