The present invention relates to a containerization system for dispensing a single chamber pressure vessel comprising a base, a sidewall, and a nozzle, a food composition comprising food and water, and an effervescent food comprising a propellant. The present invention also relates to a process in which a food composition and a propellant are combined to form an effervescent mixture and the effervescent mixture is placed in a container such that the mixture expands in volume as it exits the container to form a foamy food product. |
