The present invention discloses an ibuprofen continuous crystallization process, and adopts a multi-stage continuous crystallization method to obtain an ibuprofen product. The multi-stage continuous reactive crystallization includes oil formation reaction, 2 to 4 stages reactive crystallization, dehydration washing steps, and the pH and temperature of each stage are controlled. The method effectively solves the explosive nucleation phenomenon due to oil precipitation in the ibuprofen-reactive crystallization process, the crystallization process conditions are stable, and the operation control is simple. In addition, environmental pollution is reduced by using water as a solvent, and the obtained ibuprofen crystal grain size is large and uniform, and the purity and yield of the product are high. This improves the stability of the crystallization process operation and product quality, lowers the production cost, and realizes the stable industrial production of ibuprofen. |
