Disclosed are methods and systems for deconvolution of tumor ecosystems for personalized cancer therapy. In general, human cancers show large variations in behavior between and within patients, mostly related to cell composition. Cell type identification can identify specific types of tumors and/or cancers present in an individual. Additional embodiments describe identifying therapies from clinical trials to which a tumor or cancer ecosystem generally responds, providing personalized therapies based on the identified cancer or tumor type. |
