A method for polypeptide sequencing and/or nucleic acid sequencing that can be performed on single cell samples, can use barcode components, and facilitate direct sequencing without amplification. All proteins in the sample may be first labeled by one barcode and secondly the nucleic acid or metabolite is labeled by a second barcode. Also provided herein are compositions, kits, and devices useful therein. |
