abstract The actuator assembly 150 includes an actuator device 200 . The actuator device 200 includes a tubular housing 202 including a first end 204 and a second end 206 and defining a storage chamber 220 containing an ignition material 230 for generating a gas; at least one electrical connection (207) coupled to the first end (204) and in reaction initiating communication with the ignition material (230); and a coolant 240 disposed within the storage chamber 220 of the tubular housing 202 . The second end 206 of the tubular housing 202 includes a concave surface 212 prior to actuation of the ignition material 230 . During operation of the ignition material 230 , the second end 206 changes from a concave surface 212 to a convex surface 214 and the tubular housing 202 maintains integrity during operation.
