The present invention provides an analysis method for providing information necessary for diagnosing a patient showing a prognosis for stage 3 or stage 4 liver fibrosis progression in a liver disease patient. According to the present invention, when analyzing the expression levels of five genes, that is, CHIT1, FCER1G, OSM, VEGFA and ZAP70 genes in liver fibrosis tissue of a liver disease patient with liver fibrosis of stage 1 or stage 2, with high accuracy. It is possible to diagnose patients with liver disease showing a prognosis for the progression of liver fibrosis. Therefore, the combination of the above genes can be usefully used as a prognostic biomarker that can select a patient showing a prognosis of stage 3 or stage 4 liver fibrosis progression in liver disease patients. |
