Chidamide pharmaceutical compositions, methods for their preparation and uses thereof. The pharmaceutical composition comprises chidamide and a pharmaceutically acceptable enteric excipient that acts as a carrier. In pharmaceutical compositions, chidamide is used as the guest molecule and a pharmaceutically acceptable enteric excipient is used as the carrier molecule. Oral pharmacokinetic studies in animals have shown that the bioavailability of a composition comprising chidamide and a pharmaceutically acceptable enteric excipient is greatly improved, while side effects induced by the drug in the gastrointestinal tract are reduced; Additionally, the dosage can be reduced while maintaining the therapeutic effect, thereby demonstrating that it has more clinical significance than commercially available chidamide tablets. |
