abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a microtube for effectively discharging aqueous humor of a patient suffering from an eye disease such as glaucoma. The manufacturing method of the micro tube comprises the steps of fixing a 0.2mm tungsten wire to a fixing pin and a tension maintaining part; putting the tension-maintaining component into a guide, and positioning the tungsten wire in the guide; holding the tungsten wire taut using a wire tension adjusting screw; fixing the top plate to the base; erecting the assembled jig and injecting a liquid silicone agent into the sample inlet; curing the silicone agent at a temperature of 150°C; cooling the cured silicone agent; removing the tungsten wire; and obtaining the tube by separating the bath and the upper plate. |
