The present disclosure relates to compositions, constructs and vectors, methods and uses thereof for reprogramming cells into plasmacytoid dendritic cells or interferon type I-producing cells. The present disclosure prepares plasmacytoid dendritic cells or interferon type I-producing cells that promote antiviral and antitumor immune responses from differentiated, pluripotent or pluripotent stem cells by introducing and expressing isolated/synthetic transcription factors It's about developing a way to do it. More specifically, the present disclosure surprisingly provides a method for obtaining plasmacytoid dendritic cells or interferon type I-producing cells by direct cell reprogramming using a combination of specific transcription factors. |
