The present invention contains the contents of improved photoacoustic imaging technology by enhancing the surface area through the synthesis of gold/silver alloy porous nanoparticles and increasing the efficiency of the thermo-acoustic process with the medium through the introduction of a dielectric layer. The 17.6 times superior photoacoustic signal improvement of gold/silver alloy porous nanoparticles compared to the control non-porous gold nanorods was evaluated in vitro , and in vivo whole body imaging was performed in a small animal model using the improved photoacoustic signal. did |
