titleOfInvention | Method for preparing novel mesoporous silica micro rods |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous micro silica rod. The silica rod prepared by the present invention has a high specific surface area and thus has a function of loading/secreting additional active pharmaceutical ingredients into the pores, and is finally biodegradable by an aqueous solution used as a dispersion medium. Therefore, the silica rod prepared by the present invention can be variously applied in the medical field and the bio field. In particular, the present invention can control the shape of the porous silica rod structure according to the type of acid used as a catalyst and the concentration of ammonium ions. Therefore, the porous silica rod structure prepared in this way has an advantage in obtaining a 3D cell microenvironment similar to host immune cell culture. |
