abstract |
Tissue restoration devices and methods are provided. The device includes a catheter shaft extending from a proximal end to a distal tip; and a translucent first distal balloon positioned on the translucent distal segment of the catheter shaft, within and concentric with a second distal balloon proximate to the distal tip in fluid communication with the drug source through the first lumen, The distal balloon may include first and second outer surfaces, longitudinal channels, and circumferential channels. A first optical fiber and a second optical fiber are each positioned within the catheter shaft and extend through the translucent distal segment. The drug source provides at least one drug to the first distal balloon through the first lumen. |
