Devices, systems, and methods are disclosed that help deliver an external catheter or other medical devices to locations inside a patient's body. The device includes a conveyer catheter configured to be positioned within a lumen of an external catheter, the conveyer catheter comprising a shaft, at least one orientation balloon and at least one positioning balloon, the orientation balloon comprising: a distal end of the shaft and disposed on the shaft adjacent to and configured to slidably engage an interior surface of a vasculature of a patient, the fixation balloon positioned on the shaft between the proximal end of the shaft and the orientation balloon, the fixation balloon comprising: and configured to non-slidably position the primary catheter to the external catheter, and wherein the transporter catheter is configured to be pushed and/or torqued to advance and steer the external catheter through the vasculature of the patient. |
